Team Leader Returns (a) Your daily routine You actively lead employees along the relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, process compliance) and proactively manage team performance. You carry out regular performance checks, quality controls and process observations and document the results. You take full responsibility for achieving the daily, weekly and monthly targets in your own area. You use key figures, reports and operational dashboards to identify deviations and derive concrete improvement measures from them.
