Architect Execution (80-100%)

We are looking for an engaged personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, who takes responsibility and accompanies our construction projects from execution planning to realization.   Knecht AG, together with Immio AG, is a leading construction and real estate service provider in the Winterthur and Schaffhausen region. For over 100 years, we have been realizing sustainable construction projects - preferably in wood!   Your tasks • Independent processing of projects in execution planning • Creation and coordination of detail and working plans • Coordination within the department and with the timber construction and carpentry departments as well as external partners • Further development and optimization of constructive solutions • Participation in ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards   What you should bring • Training as an Architect FH/ETH • Professional experience in execution planning • Sound knowledge of Swiss construction practice and standards • Confident handling of CAD programs (ideally Revit or willingness to learn) • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Negotiation skills as well as organizational talent • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Category B driver's license is an advantage   What we offer you • Exciting and varied projects with high individual responsibility • A position capable of development with plenty of creative freedom • A motivated, collegial, and uncomplicated team • Modern working conditions and flexible working hours • Short decision-making paths and a family-like working environment • Opportunities for professional and personal further training   Are you ready to roll up your sleeves with us?
