The catchment area includes around 27‘000 inhabitants and there is a service agreement with six municipalities. The lively operation with 75 employees offers people professional care in their independence at home as well as broad support in everyday life. The association is in a good position, both organizationally and financially. We are now commissioned to approach you for the responsible position as Manager Spitex The GL team includes the Head of Central Services as well as the Head of Core Services. You are present at the board meetings and prepare the decision-making bases. In addition to the operational management, you take over the management in projects, e.g., when it comes to the expansion and further development of services, digitalization topics, or cooperation with other partners in the healthcare system. Tasks in public relations and quality assurance round off your varied portfolio. You are a leadership personality with higher education (HF/FH/Uni) in healthcare, social services, or business administration. Further training in leadership and/or corporate management is expected. Knowledge of the healthcare system is required, ideally also of the Spitex landscape and outpatient care. Project-oriented working with the goal of tackling new topics in healthcare characterizes you. Your empathy as well as your appreciative leadership style are important to us.
