In this key role, you will take responsibility for the further development and harmonization of global processes in the areas of production, planning, and quality management. As a Global Process Expert, you will connect business and IT, drive standardization and digitization, and ensure that processes are efficient, integrated, and future-proof. Your tasks You will shape and shape the future process landscape in the areas of Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality on a global level. You will develop harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure their successful implementation within the framework of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. Together with the departments, you will identify optimization potential, analyze requirements, and translate them into sustainable and scalable SAP solutions. You will drive the standardization and continuous development of production, planning, and quality processes along the entire value chain. As a central contact person, you will coordinate the cooperation between Business, Group IT, and external implementation partners. You will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and controlling projects, resources, and requirements in your area of responsibility. You will accompany system introductions, tests, and go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP landscape. You will promote knowledge transfer within the organization and enable Key Users and departments for future processes and systems. You will ensure transparent risk, escalation, and stakeholder management and create the basis for informed decisions. You will drive digital transformation and the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and working methods. Your profile A completed degree in business informatics, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in the introduction, implementation, or further development of SAP S/4HANA solutions in an industrial environment. In-depth knowledge in the areas of production, production planning, material planning, and quality management. Good knowledge of SAP modules PP, PP/DS, MM, and EWM, as well as a pronounced understanding of integrated end-to-end processes. Experience in leading transformation, optimization, or implementation projects. The ability to bring together different interests and successfully shape changes. Experience in working with international stakeholders and in cross-functional organizations. An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working combined with high implementation strength. A convincing appearance, strong communication skills, and pleasure in winning people over for common goals. Very good German and English language skills in word and writing.
