Your area of responsibility Caring for exciting real estate: Together with the real estate managers, you will take care of the smooth administration and maintenance of our portfolio in daily business. Viewings and handovers: You organize and assist with property viewings, acceptances and handovers Maintaining relationships: As a communicative contact person, you stand by tenants, owners, caretakers and suppliers – by telephone, in writing and in person. Advertisements and rental agreements: You design advertisements, place them and draw up contracts as well as contract amendments. Managing invoices: You check, account for and post invoices And much more: other exciting tasks await you What you bring with you Completed commercial training Ideally already initial professional experience in the real estate industry Fit in MS-Office, knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage Style-confident German, French and English are a big plus Driver's license Cat.
