Tasks ##

• You are responsible for ensuring qualified nursing services according to contemporary nursing and treatment approaches and efficiently delegating tasks to employees with different competence levels.
• You undertake nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding nursing situations.
• You provide support to residents and their relatives during phases of illness and in challenging moments.
• You are significantly involved in shaping the departmental goals to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation.

Profile ##

• Empathic personality with a strong orientation towards people
• Enthusiasm for independent work, combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing, excellent communication skills, as well as EasyDoc and RAI knowledge are an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked thinking, and high resilience
