Accounting Specialist

For our client, a group of companies operating throughout Switzerland in the field of electrical engineering and technical services, we are looking for an Accounting Specialist 80-100%, who would like to take a step in the area of digitalization, starting immediately or by arrangement. You will undertake versatile tasks in accounting and simultaneously participate actively in digitalization and process optimization projects. In doing so, you will benefit from short decision-making paths, a lot of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to develop further towards controlling in the medium term.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Independent management of several sets of accounts and preparation of annual financial statements according to OR
• Responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger
• Preparation of cost accounting as well as domestic VAT returns
• Participation in digitalization and process optimization projects, especially in the area of ERP

You offer your new employer:

• Several years of experience in the finance sector and preferably in digitalization
• Completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting or currently in training for this
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage, and interest in ERP systems and digital solutions
• Networked thinking as well as an independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a willingness to take on responsibility
