Project Manager - Construction (at) 100 % - Coordination and execution of construction and renovation projects in collaboration with our internal specialists and external partners - Participation in calls for tenders - Selection, monitoring and coordination of teams of contractors - Management of SIA project management phases (studies, authorization requests, calls for tenders, planning and execution monitoring, project closure) - Application of our different clients' processes - Communication and constitution of project documentation for our different clients - Project reporting to the Client (costs, deadlines, quality, risks..) - Representation of the client - Autonomous management of projects - Higher education in engineering or architecture (University/HES or equivalent) - 3 to 5 years of experience in Switzerland in a similar position - Knowledge of SIA standards - Proven experience in project management in separate trades - Perfect mastery of French - Very good knowledge of English (level B2 minimum) - Knowledge of German is an asset - Mastery of usual office software (Microsoft Office Suite) - Project management tools and software (MS Project, SAP/Messerli) - Excellent analytical and synthesis skills - Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and with good stress resistance - Very good communicator with a good sense of analysis and listening to needs
