For our client, an established property management company with its own real estate holdings, we are looking for an independent and reliable personality as:

Caretaker 100% (m/f/d) Zürcher Oberland/Stadt Zürich/Rapperswil-Jona ##

Area of responsibility:

• Care and inspection of properties
• Minor repair and maintenance work
• Cleaning of common areas
• Maintenance of the surroundings and simple garden maintenance
• Identifying and reporting technical or structural defects
• Coordination of craftsmen and external service providers

Requirements:

• Manual and technical understanding
• Experience in caretaker services, maintenance, or a manual profession is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Good German language skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Neat and friendly appearance
