As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our company and the first point of contact for our customers. You competently assist our customers with all matters regarding their vehicle and ensure a professional and personal service. Your main tasks include advising and supporting our customers at the reception and on the telephone. If you like to take on responsibility, work in an organized manner and appreciate daily customer contact, you fit perfectly with us.

Your tasks:

• Appointment scheduling and planning of workshop work taking resources into account including the planning of replacement cars
• Advice and sale of services including vehicle reception and return with explanation of the work carried out and the invoice
• Recording orders and assigning standard times
• Creating cost estimates
• Administrative work towards insurance companies/customers/importer

What you bring with you:

• Completion of a technical vocational training in the automotive industry (advantageous)
• Good PC skills (IMAWEB software advantageous)
• High level of organization as well as independent and exact way of working
• Strong communication and service-oriented personality
• Well-groomed appearance
• High willingness to provide service and flexibility
• Understanding of processes and quick comprehension
• Calmness and overview even in hectic situations
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Minimum age 35 years, as we are deliberately looking for an experienced and stable personality
