YOUR TASKS • Operational and personnel leadership of the bed department with a focus on cardiac surgery • Active participation in daily nursing routines • Monitoring and compliance with quality standards as well as internal guidelines • Ensuring smooth department operations while considering organizational and personnel resources • Co-responsibility in budget compliance • Representation of the department towards internal and external contacts <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a dipl.
