The Service des activités scolaires et parascolaires is looking for a pedagogical manager to join a committed team and contribute to providing quality care within a care structure of 80 places.   Your profile: • ES or HES diploma according to LAJE requirements, obtained at least 5 years ago. • At least 2 years of professional experience with children. • CAS in team management, federal diploma in management or equivalent training. • Proven experience in team management; solid organizational and project management skills. • Spirit of anticipation and initiative; autonomy and sense of responsibility. • Accounting and budget management knowledge. • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a network (municipal services, school, families, AJESOL). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer tools; Kibe and Kikan software, an asset.   Main missions: • Place the well-being and development of children at the heart of the mission by cultivating a relationship of proximity and trust with families. • Bring to life and evolve the structure's pedagogical project in a collective dynamic and by ensuring its inclusion within the current regulatory framework. • Lead the educational team with clarity and commitment, creating favorable conditions for reflective practice, skill development, and the involvement of each and every individual. • Ensure the administrative and financial management of the structure, in connection with the Service Direction, administrative staff, and the AJESOL care network.   The complete job description can be consulted by downloading the attachment.     We offer you: • A motivating and varied activity within a city in full development • Benefits related to a human-scale administration. • Excellent social conditions.   Start date: 1er janvier 2027 or to be agreed.   All additional information can be obtained from M.
