Your area of responsibility

• Processing daily business in the area of actuarial and administrative management of autonomous pension funds is your responsibility; this includes, among others, entries and exits, salary mutations, purchases, WEF withdrawals, divorces, retirements as well as death and disability cases, pension payments, contribution collection and benefit and contribution calculations
• You take on the mandate responsibility for a large 1e collective foundation and ensure its comprehensive and independent support together with the 1e team
• You are available to insured persons as a competent contact person for telephone and written information
• In exchange with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure professional and reliable cooperation
• You actively contribute your expertise to projects and specialist groups

Your strengths

• You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training as a specialist in occupational pension schemes with a federal certificate of proficiency or a comparable qualification
• You have sound knowledge of occupational pension schemes and several years of professional experience in the support of 1e collective foundations
• You already have professional experience in the field of the 2nd pillar and apply your expertise in daily business
• You are a precise and motivated personality and are used to working autonomously
• You master German and English with stylistic confidence in spoken and written form and communicate in a manner appropriate to the addressee with various stakeholder groups
