As a Manufacturing Operator in the 5-shift system, you operate and monitor our injection molding and assembly systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure a smooth production process. In doing so, you contribute your technical understanding to the continuous improvement of our processes and undertake a responsible task in a modern production environment. This position is fixed-term until 30.06.2027.

Your main tasks ###

• Operating the injection molding and assembly systems
• Recognizing and reporting product and process deviations
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in ongoing production operations
• Documenting processes and relevant procedures in connection with the production systems

Your profile ###

• Completed basic technical training EBA/EFZ is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, GMP experience is an advantage
• Experience in shift operation as well as willingness to work in a 5-shift system (Thursday evening to Monday morning)
• Technical understanding as well as an exact, conscientious, and independent way of working
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
