For an established company in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as Deputy Head of Finance, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
Deputy for the Head of Finance
Management of financial accounting
Support in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Support in budgeting, reporting, and forecasts
Further development of the internal control system (IKS)
Collaboration on process optimizations and digitalization projects
Creation of analyses and evaluations
Your profile:
Commercial basic training
Further education in finance and accounting (federal diploma of higher education) or HF/FH
Several years of experience in finance and accounting
Good knowledge of financial accounting and closings
Experience with IKS and compliance is an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Responsible and team-oriented personality
Very good German and English skills, Italian is an advantage
