Your mission For one of our clients in the luxury watchmaking sector, we are looking for a Recruitment Officer (M/F). Start: 17.08.26 End: 17.08.27 Your missions: - Identify recruitment sources - Launch recruitment, notably writing and posting advertisements - Collaborate with recruitment agencies and firms - Conduct various candidate searches on existing platforms, including direct approaches - Perform file selection - Schedule and conduct interviews - Ensure application follow-up - Manage various administrative tasks Your profile Your Profile: - Higher Education (University, HES) - Proven experience in recruitment for technical/industrial sectors within a company (no placement agency profiles) - Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.) - Knowledge of the market and the local economic fabric - Native French speaker with excellent spelling and perfect mastery of syntax - Rigor and organization - Communication and interpersonal skills - Discretion and confidentiality - Excellent team spirit
