We are looking for, starting 01.09.2026 or by agreement: Head of Technical Service Department (w/m/d) 100% Your operational tasks in everyday work: • You are responsible for repair management • You are responsible for the maintenance of buildings, furniture, vehicles, and surrounding grounds. • You are responsible for the operational safety of all technical facilities such as heating systems, etc. • You are the safety officer (SIBE) and conduct internal fire protection training. • You are responsible for organizing occupational safety and health protection. • You assist with events and set up technical facilities. • You supervise an employee and accompany a trainee. You bring: • A successfully completed apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance or equivalent training. • Further training as a janitor with a federal certificate of proficiency and a professional trainer • Several years of experience in the Technical Service Department, for example in the school or home sector, and ideally also as a safety officer (SIBE). • Very good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German • Professionalism and independence. You are a proactive, service-oriented, and team-capable person.
