On behalf of our client, an international player in the industrial sector, we are looking for a:

QHSE Manager M/F

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, you will ensure the safety of personnel while guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site. Your missions will revolve around the following axes:

• Strategic management: Optimize and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards).
• Compliance guarantee: Ensure the strict application of Swiss environmental regulations and current QHSE standards.
• Awareness and safety: Promote workplace risk prevention and drive the safety culture among production teams.
• Improvement process: Manage internal audits, handle non-conformities, and supervise the deployment of action plans.

Profile sought

• You have a higher technical education, completed by a QHSE specialization.
• You have solid experience in the industrial sector, ideally in the electronics field, Quality, safety (expertise in electronics is mandatory),
• You speak French and English fluently. Proficiency in German is a plus.
• Your analytical spirit, combined with natural leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.
