For our dynamic and innovative company, we are looking for a committed Department Manager Milling to strengthen our team.

Tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of a team of approx. 7 employees
• Coordination and active collaboration in the milling department
• Main responsibility for the production of milled parts while adhering to the highest quality standards
• Qualitative inspection of the manufactured workpieces
• Procurement of tools and aids for the milling department
• Organization and implementation of maintenance measures on the machines in the milling department

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic is mandatory
• Leadership experience is an advantage (as a team leader or in a similar position)
• Further training in the field of process management (e.g., process specialist) is desirable
• Independent, structured, and exact working methods characterize you
• Very good German skills
