Assistant Team Leader (80-100%)

You are motivated, enthusiastic, a team player (m/f/d) and you love working with children, then we have the position for you!

KIBE Region Huttwil AG offers childcare complementary to the family with two KITA groups totaling 30 places, a day school with between 30 and 40 children enrolled, approximately 45 childminder families and a nanny service. We currently employ approximately 70 employees.

Your tasks:

As assistant team leader, you take care of the children in one of the two mixed-age groups, with children aged 3 months up to kindergarten, with your motivated and warm manner. You also assume additional administrative tasks, including representing the group management in case of absence.

• You are a dynamic person and you like looking after children
• You have completed training in FaBe K
• Professional experience is an advantage
• Management experience is desirable
• You are ready to get involved constructively in teamwork
• You are open to novelty
