Its small size allows it to offer attentive and individualized care In order to strengthen our operating room team, we are looking for a: Specialized Operating Room Nurse (IDDO) or Operating Room Technician (TSO) Activity rate: 50 % to 100% Your mission Within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the care of patients in the operating room, guaranteeing a high level of quality, safety, and organization. You will intervene notably in the following specialties: • Gynecology • Hand surgery • Plastic and reconstructive surgery • General and digestive surgery • ENT • Orthopedics • Urology • Maxillofacial surgery Your main responsibilities • Prepare and check the equipment and instruments necessary for interventions. • Ensure instrumentation during surgical interventions. • Guarantee rigorous compliance with hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules. • Organize the transport of equipment to sterilization. • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the entire operating room team. • Contribute to the quality of patient care and the smooth running of the operating room. Your profile You are a rigorous, organized person and enjoy teamwork in a demanding environment. You possess the following qualifications: • Diploma as a Specialized Operating Room Nurse (IDDO) or Operating Room Technician (TSO). • Failing that, a nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross with the right to practice in Switzerland. • At least one year of experience in a multidisciplinary operating room. • Excellent mastery of instrumentation techniques. • Good ability to adapt and sense of priorities. • Team spirit, autonomy, and stress resistance. • Excellent mastery of French.
