We accompany and support young people and adults with cognitive and mental impairments. We offer different services to affected people. For the youth or adult sector, we are looking for one committed personality each as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. Tasks to be done * You accompany and coach young people or adults in professional measures, training, and on their way into the labor market. * You recognize individual resources, strengthen personal responsibility, and develop realistic professional perspectives together with the people being accompanied. * You coordinate the cooperation with referring agencies, relatives, legal guardians, as well as internal specialist departments. * You plan, lead, and document progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * You write reports and ensure traceable documentation of case management. * You acquire internships and jobs, mediate suitable deployment opportunities, and accompany the persons during external internships. * You advise and support companies in dealing with people with mental or cognitive impairments. * You work interdisciplinary and contribute to ensuring that individual skills turn into concrete professional opportunities.
