You sit at the table early on with clients, authorities, and specialist planners. You develop concepts, draw submission plans, and accompany construction sites. After one year with us, you will have seen a project from A to Z – not just a fraction of it.

Small structure, large projects.

Architects and draftsmen work with us on everything that makes architecture exciting: from custom-made residential buildings to industrial buildings, from cooperative housing estates to administrative buildings. No project is like the other – and that is exactly how we want it.

We work in a team, not in silos. The exchange is intensive, the paths are short, the workstations are fast (Mac, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Adobe). If things need to get physical, laser cutters and 3D printers are ready.

We are an architecture office on Denkmalstrasse in Luzern and work on projects throughout Central Switzerland: residential buildings, commercial and industry, renovations, replacement new builds – and repeatedly on planning law tasks such as design plans and structural plan statements. From the first concept to the handover of the keys, everything remains in one hand with us.

We are looking for an architect who will not become a small cog, but who carries projects.

What you bring with you

Degree FH or ETH in architecture, with initial professional experience or directly after studies
Confident handling of CAD (Archicad); interest in new tools – we work among other things with AI-supported visualization/reporting
Joy in concrete, built results and in direct contact with people
Very good German skills
