YOU POSSESS

• A certificate of completion of compulsory schooling or you are soon reaching the end of your schooling.
• A first experience in the administrative field thanks to an observation internship which allowed you to confirm your professional choice.
• A real motivation to undertake a commercial apprenticeship for 3 years, in the health field.
• A sense of organization, autonomy and the ability to take responsibilities.
• Interest in economics and IT tools, as well as a very good level of oral and written French.
• Of an open, dynamic, jovial and listening nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork and in exchanges.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• You discover various administrative tasks and participate in the daily life of 3 training departments: Human Resources (Recruitment & Training), Billing and Accounting, through a training plan planned over your 3 years of apprenticeship, thus allowing you to validate the objectives of the Health-Social branch.
• You participate in activities such as the analysis of application files, assistance in the organization of different events, the reception and orientation of employees during internal training, the processing of invoices and accounting documents, answering the telephone switchboard, as well as various other exciting activities.
