In order to complete its catering team, Clinic Les Alpes is looking to recruit a chef de partie. Clinic Les Alpes is a private healthcare establishment whose main goal is to take care of and help patients suffering from addiction problems (alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc.) and mental health issues (depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, etc.) The orientation of the dishes from the Chef de cuisine of this renowned establishment aims to be refined and respectful of what nature has to offer. Evolving with the seasons and the expectations of clients coming from various backgrounds is a daily challenge. Chef/fe de Partie 100% IN CONTINUOUS SCHEDULE Start date: as soon as possible Main Tasks: * Permanently offer professional service * Prepare dishes according to technical sheets and according to client expectations * Know how to manage one's workstation autonomously, always under the supervision of a superior * Participate in the proper rotation, marking and storage of food to reduce costs * Have speed of execution * Communicate daily with the chef to know client feedback * Continuously strive to improve the preparation and presentation of dishes * Ensure the correct rotation of products in all cold rooms in order to reduce waste * Know all dishes perfectly * Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment * Respect ergonomic work standards regarding health & safety * Respect all hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages * Respect HACCP standards Sought profile: * CFC in cooking or equivalent * 6 years of experience including apprenticeship * Mastery of the French language * Inventive and creative in one's work * Passion for cooking * Particularly responsible and reliable * Ability to work alone or in a team * Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to manage last-minute changes * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Ability to focus attention on client needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times You wish to apply, please send your complete file (cover letter, CV, photo, certificates & diplomas) by email in French to our Human Resources department Only applications meeting the desired profile will be considered [ ](< >) j4id10417636a j4it0940a j4iy26a
