Head of Maintenance (w/m/d) With this, you spend your time: With your leadership strength, you develop and motivate a team of around 16 employees from the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation as well as external partners. The strategic and operational maintenance of our production facilities is your responsibility, with the goal of ensuring high availability and trouble-free operation. Together with your team, you drive the change towards preventive and forward-looking maintenance. The planning and control of the budget as well as investment projects for the modernization of our facilities are also part of your area of responsibility. With a forward-looking spare parts management, you contribute to minimizing downtime and increasing production safety. Safety, quality, and environmental standards have a high priority for you and are consistently lived by you and your team. Based on relevant key figures, you identify potential for improvement and implement sustainable optimizations together with the specialist departments. This is what you bring: You have a higher education degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or similar. Several years of experience in industrial maintenance as well as proven leadership experience characterize you. Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a pronounced solution focus help you to keep a cool head even in demanding situations. With your open manner, your organizational talent, and your leadership, motivation, and communication skills, you build trust and promote constructive cooperation. Ideally, you have experience from a process-controlled production environment. You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
