The MSF Geneva Operational Center (MSF OCG) is one of these centers.   Context: ##   The Single Data Entry (SDE) project is a transformation initiative led by MSF to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of supply chain data entry in stock management processes (cargo reception, order preparation, inventory) across several operational centers (OC). The developed solution is based on a mobile application using QR codes and AI-powered OCR technologies to automate data capture and integrate with MSF's existing supply chain management systems. The project team is looking for an application manager to provide technical expertise and the ability to coordinate with the IT organizations of the various OCs to execute its testing and deployment strategy and define the support model.   Mission : The IT Project Manager plays a central role in the development and implementation of the SDE solution in order to meet high standards and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and stock management tools. Responsible for the successful delivery of the IT solutions supporting the SDE program, this role ensures that business,   functional, and technical requirements are effectively met. The IT Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement tailored solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. In this role, you will provide technical leadership within the central SDE team, manage product development, and collaborate with technical experts from the four co-sponsoring operational centers (OC) of the SDE program.   We are looking for an experienced IT project manager with solid software development experience and a proven track record in managing mobile application projects. Join us at Médecins Sans Frontières and bring your expertise!   Occasional travel to the field or to the Geneva office is to be expected.   Scope of responsibilities ##   • Collaborate with the IT working groups of the co-sponsoring OCs to ensure the construction of a viable, maintainable, and deployable solution • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of the product development project • Collaborate and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure project success • Monitor project progress and performance, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to keep delivery on track. • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, obstacles, and dependencies, including escalation if necessary. • Ensure the preparation and support of the solution deployment in MSF missions • Coordinate testing, defect resolution, environment preparation, release planning, and production activities, in collaboration with the deployment manager. • Promote compliance with quality standards, security requirements, compliance needs, and operational readiness expectations. • Lead workshops and activities to define the operating model and ensure a successful transition to normal operations after implementation   ## Your profile ##   *Education* • Master's in computer science, information systems, engineer
