ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle For one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (f/m/d) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. Your mission Analyze functional specifications, define suitable technical solutions, identify associated risks, and document architectural choices. Design, configure, develop, and maintain business applications on ServiceNow App Engine and Customer Service Management, prioritizing the standard functionalities of the platform. Develop and maintain workflows, client-side and server-side scripts as well as technical components, notably with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP services, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, XML, and JSON. Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, technical documentation, deployment procedures, support for project teams, and regular monitoring of risks and progress. Your profile HES diploma, bachelor's degree in computer science, EPF engineering degree, federal diploma, or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience of at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, imperatively on the App Engine and Customer Service Management modules. Very good command of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, the data model, client-side and server-side scripting mechanisms, as well as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations. ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-CSM certifications; micro-certifications in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal are an advantage. Analytical and problem-solving skills, rigor, autonomy, sense of service, ability to work in a team, and ease in communicating with technical and functional stakeholders.
