As a Senior Legal Counsel based in Genève, you will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant legal advice in Swiss law to ensure compliance with regulations and support the company's activities. This temporary 6-month position will allow you to work on various strategic legal matters.

Our client is an organization located in Genève, operating in a demanding professional environment.

Missions

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating different types of commercial contracts (suppliers, IT, marketing, service provisions, etc.);
• Advising operational teams on daily legal issues;
• Supporting corporate activities and contributing to certain governance projects;
• Intervening on issues related to consumer law, customer claims and pre-litigation;
• Providing support on data protection matters;
• Participating in certain common real estate matters and the management of lease contracts;
• Ensuring coordination with external counsel when necessary;
• Identifying legal risks and proposing pragmatic solutions adapted to business stakes;
• Collaborating with the different specialized departments of the group.

Candidate Profile

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you have the following profile:

• Swiss legal training;
• Approximately 8 to 15 years of professional experience;
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss law;
• Significant experience in a generalist legal role or in a law firm;
• Proficiency in drafting, analysis and contractual negotiation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service;
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and business-oriented approach;
• Fluent French and professional English;
• German is an asset.
