Job Description ##

• Operating and setting up the press
• Preparing materials (elastomer and raw parts)
• Cleaning and heating up the fixtures
• Vulcanizing components according to clear work instructions
• Working according to specified parameters and test plans
• Quality control during and after the process
• Recognizing and assessing error patterns
• Meeting delivery dates
• Participating in improvements and optimizations of processes
