Your tasks

• Reception, verification, coordination and processing of printing orders from the cantonal administration
• Plotting, copying and scanning
• Use of large format printers and digital printers
• Finishing of printed matter (cutting, folding, binding, laminating and stapling)
• Professional and competent customer service
• Care and maintenance of printing devices
• Preparation and control of printing data for production

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a printing technologist CFC (reprography)
• Technical affinity for digital printing machines
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional experience an asset
• Great sense of quality
• Autonomy in work
• Good command of German orally and in writing
• Driving license category B

Your working environment

The services department of the construction office of the canton of Zug is responsible as a service provider for cantonal offices for various tasks such as postal and messenger services, reprography (printing, plotting), moving/furniture and the maintenance/cleaning service.

The DLZ team (reprography, postal and messenger service) notably ensures the efficient processing of mail as well as reprography tasks. The handling of digital printers, large format plotters as well as franking machines and scanners poses no problem to you and you always maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
