August: You support the HR team in all personnel administration from entry to exit. You create employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, and employment references. You maintain personnel data as well as mutations in the HR system. You assist in the preparation of the monthly payroll processing (incl. UKA). You are a proactive contact person for employees regarding administrative HR questions. You have a flair for evaluations, reports, and other data analyses, which you evaluate. You help to ensure that HR processes are strictly adhered to and continuously improved. What you bring with you You have completed a basic commercial apprenticeship. Further training as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator is an advantage. You have at least around 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar operational HR function, ideally with the same employer. You have gained experience in personnel administration and ideally in payroll preparation. You work accurately, organized, and independently. You have profound knowledge of Excel and Abacus You have very good German skills in speaking and writing, fluent English is an advantage.
