As Sales Manager for French-speaking Switzerland, you contribute decisively to creating quality learning and working environments. You inspire architects, planners, and clients in French-speaking Switzerland, and advise ceiling installers, dry construction companies, and other partners in a professional and personalized manner. You accompany our clients in the search for the best solution for their specific needs, with a lot of initiative, openness, and sensitivity to client expectations.
More specifically, your role includes the following tasks:
You generate growing demand for modern interior acoustics solutions in your sales sector in French-speaking Switzerland
You inspire clients, architects, and acousticians with our approaches and our solutions
You acquire new construction projects and accompany them throughout the different phases of the project
You follow up with our existing clients, notably ceiling installers and dry construction companies, and develop new ones
You assume responsibility for the turnover of your sales sector
WHO MOVES US FORWARD?
You have experience in external sales and know how projects work in the construction sector in French-speaking Switzerland. But what will especially convince us is:

Your way of working autonomously and structuredly
Your friendly and confident presentation, your negotiation skills and your excellent communication skills
A completed initial vocational training in a craft or technical field
Continuing education as a technical salesperson is an asset
Experience in advising architects
Very good knowledge of French; good knowledge of German and English
Great social skills
