Manager planning and deployment of railway construction machinery (m/f/d)

What you can set in motion. • As Manager -Planning and deployment of construction machinery-, you lead the team and guarantee the economical, punctual and safe availability of machinery and means of transport, which allows you to contribute directly to punctuality and customer satisfaction. • You ensure the global planning and scheduling of all machinery and transport resources according to clear economic principles and in consultation with users. • You assume technical responsibility for contracts, represent the interests of users in the context of calls for tender and acquisitions, and monitor the budget and performance of the various partners (CFF, BLS and TPF). • You continuously develop the planning and deployment processes and systems and, with your team, drive digital transformation forward. • You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a cross-functional approach and ensure transparent communication as well as clear priorities. What you bring. • Thanks to your persuasiveness and your ability to assert yourself, you communicate in a targeted manner adapted to the level of your various internal and external interlocutors. • Ideally, you have experience in the railway environment and several years of leadership experience in a similar function. • You have completed basic training in the technical field or railway operations as well as technical studies at ES, HES or university level, or an equivalent continuing education. • You imperatively possess good user knowledge of SAP systems and common Office applications. You also have an affinity for IT and are ready to familiarize yourself with sector-specific applications. • You have a very good knowledge of German (minimum C1 level) and are able to communicate in French (minimum B1 level).
