Healthcare Professional (m/f/d) sought for Spitex

meditana GmbH, based in Urdorf, is a family-run company and has been offering private Spitex as well as personnel recruitment for healthcare institutions since 1993. meditana Spitex is recognized by health insurance companies, provides individual care for people, and relieves affected relatives. For our private client, we are looking for an empathetic and committed healthcare professional (Fachfrau Gesundheit/ Fachmann Gesundheit) who will support our Spitex team with heart and practical experience. Our client is 24 years old and suffers from spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). He is physically severely limited and dependent on a wheelchair, can only move his fingers independently, but is fully cognitively oriented and actively participates in shaping the assignments. The assignments take place daily in the morning, noon, and evening and each last around two hours. Tasks • Mobilization of the client from the wheelchair to the bed and back • Implementation of respiratory therapy • Starting tube feeding • Implementation of basic care • Support with dressing and undressing • Bathing or washing hair on individual agreed days Requirement Profile • Completed training as a healthcare professional (Fachfrau Gesundheit) • Driver's license category B (car) or A (motorcycle) is an advantage • Good German skills • Enjoyment of individual care and nursing in the home environment • Responsible, reliable, and independent way of working • Readiness to take on regular assignments, also on weekends and public holidays
