In our newly built elderly and nursing home Huus Feldhof, 108 residents find a pleasant home, and 105 employees find a modern workplace with progressive employment conditions. With us, the residents are the central focus. We are looking for a personality as Nursing Service Management HF/FH (80-100%) starting November 2026 or by arrangement Your main tasks include: • Organizational and personnel leadership of the nursing team with 60 employees • Leadership and development of the directly subordinate management personnel • Further development and assurance of nursing and care quality • Ensuring statutory, professional, and economic requirements • Contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and partner organizations • Administrative activities, deputy for home management • Active personal participation in everyday operational nursing as well as in relevant specialist and quality committees We wish for: • Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH • Several years of professional and leadership experience in similar functions in long-term care • In-depth knowledge and further training in all relevant nursing topics • Sound interRAI LTCF knowledge and very good IT user knowledge (Easydok, Peps.net, Office Programs) • Flair for interdisciplinary cooperation and willingness to participate operationally • Communicative, open personality with great empathy • Joy in the leadership and development of employees • High social, communication, and organizational competence • Resilient, reflective, and responsible personality We offer: • A responsible key position with great creative freedom • A motivated team of employees • A modern workplace in a beautiful rural environment • Progressive employment conditions Möchten Sie das Pflegeteam im Huus Feldhof mit Fachkompetenz, Weitsicht und Menschlichkeit mitgestalten?
