Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d)

to start on 1. January 2027 or by arrangement

These tasks await you

• Friendly and courteous advice for our customers
• Leadership of the store staff in the absence of the store manager
• Ensuring a concept-compliant and appealing presentation of goods
• Ensuring assortment orders and product availability
• Professional handling of fresh products (fruit, vegetables, etc.)
• Operating the cash register
• Active cooperation in the integrated post agency
• Completion of various administrative activities

This profile is what we look forward to

• Completed training in retail with EFZ or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
• Joy in active customer contact
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness for flexible working hours and occasional assistance in other points of sale
• Independent and reliable way of working
• High social and professional competence
