familea is a socially responsible association with a 125-year tradition in the Basel area. In over 40 daycare centers, we care for around 3-000 children. We operate children's and youth homes, the Zentrum Pflegekinder, and a social and legal advisory service for women. Our services strengthen families, children, and women. They promote the compatibility of family and career, and contribute to equal opportunities and integration. With over 900 employees - around 200 of whom are trainees and students - we are a recognized and significant specialist and training institution in the social sector. familea's inpatient residential care has 56 places for children and adolescents aged 5 - 18 years or older, who are cared for in seven residential groups of 8 places each. They are accompanied, supported, and challenged 365 days a year in co-educational groups with different age structures. All children and adolescents attend public schools or a training center. For one of our student residential groups in the Kinderheim Lindenberg, which houses psychosocially burdened children and adolescents between 5 and 16 years old, we are looking for immediate effect or by arrangement a Social Worker FH/HF 80% ## You are- ### • Child and youth coach - You accompany our kids through the everyday jungle, help with perspectives, and are the rock in the surf when there is a crisis. • Future coach - You support young people creatively in taking their lives into their own hands. • Network professional - You are the important interface in the helper system and have the strings in your hands. • Admin talent - You handle administrative tasks such as protocols and correspondence reliably and with professional expertise. • Team player - Together with 5-6 great colleagues, you run the show, contribute to working groups, and are also present during camps and leisure action. What you bring: ### • You have the diploma as a Social Worker FH/HF as well as several years of professional experience in your backpack (and with foreign diplomas, the SBFI recognition is there). • You have humor - even when it gets stressful - and master challenges with a smile and composure. • You meet children and adolescents at eye level and find the perfect mix of closeness and distance. • Irregular shifts and weekends?
