Employee for Butchery Sales, Hotelrichterei (100%)

Are you a meat specialist or a cook, do you enjoy craftsmanship and do you like being where things are happening? Can you explain to a customer which piece of meat belongs on the grill this evening, and at the same time prepare an order for gastronomy precisely?
Then we should get to know each other.

What awaits you with us

• Serve our customers in a friendly, competent manner and with a smile, even if suddenly everyone needs a schnitzel just before closing.
• Professionally prepare, cut, portion and present meat and sausage products.
• Pick and prepare orders for our gastronomy customers.
• Cut products accurately by weight; after all, 200 g is not approximately 200 g.
• Ensure that our counter looks as if it just had a photo shoot.
• Check freshness, quality, temperature and expiration dates; hygiene is not a wish for us, but a duty.

What you bring with you

• Training or professional experience as a meat specialist or cook
• Enjoyment of sales and dealing with people
• An independent, reliable and exact way of working
• You stay cool even when things get heated.
• Resilience, flexibility and team spirit
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
