Tasks ##

• You ensure that the legal and internal requirements for occupational safety are complied with at the depots.
• You further develop the safety system and ensure its management.
• You provide technical guidance to the BeSiBe at the depots and support them with questions regarding occupational safety.
• You coordinate and represent safety-relevant topics in the Execution department, particularly absence management, occupational health management, and emergency organization.
• You support the emergency organization and the operational pandemic planning throughout the entire Tiefbauamt.

Profile ##

• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification in a technical or manual direction, as well as further training as a Specialist in ASGS with a federal certificate of proficiency or comparable further training
• Driving license category B mandatory
• Professional experience in the construction or manual trades industry
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP an advantage)
• Strong cost awareness and high service orientation
