We are looking for a Team Leader 80% REPORTING/LOCATION Le Mont-sur-Lausanne MISSION You ensure the management of a team of about forty people, composed of cleaning assistants, multipurpose health assistants, ASSC, and nurses. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You supervise the planning of staff interventions with our clients, who present a disability or a state of physical or mental dependency. You collaborate closely with your fellow team leader, as well as with the center manager.
