Together with your team, you ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof ICT operation for the international organization. 02 Your Task ## • Technical and operational management of the ICT Engineering & Operations team • Responsibility for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the hybrid ICT infrastructure • Planning, control, and implementation of infrastructure and cloud projects from conception to successful go-live • Further development of the Microsoft-based system landscape in a hybrid environment (On-Premises & Azure) • Active participation in the development and implementation of the cloud strategy • Evaluation and migration of existing services to hybrid or cloud-based architectures • Responsibility for modern identity and access concepts with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory • Definition and further development of technical standards, operating, and automation concepts • Active participation in the application and continuous development of established ITIL processes • Integration of international locations into a standardized and scalable infrastructure • Support for the team in complex technical issues as well as participation in 2nd-/3rd-level support • Coaching and development of team members • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external training courses • Flexible working hours • Advanced employment conditions • At least 5 weeks of vacation  • Modern workplace • Responsible tasks 04 Your Profile ## • University degree in computer science or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in leading technical roles in the enterprise infrastructure environment • In-depth experience in engineering and operating complex hybrid ICT infrastructures • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Server environment • In-depth experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, and group policies • Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud migrations • Knowledge of automation and standardization of operating processes • Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam) • Good knowledge of network, VPN, security, and infrastructure concepts • PowerShell and automation experience are an advantage • Very good German and English language skills • Solution-oriented and implementation-strong personality • High technical and personal seniority • Confident appearance and pronounced communication skills • Ability to meaningfully connect operational implementation, IT service management, and strategic development • Hands-on mentality with high self-responsibility • Calm and structured way of working even in demanding situations 05 Worth Knowing ## • An open and collegial corporate culture • Freedom for ideas • Participation in sports and leisure activities • Promotion through further education • Intensive and job-oriented training • Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies • Open communication policy • 5 weeks of vacation and possibility of additional vacation days
