The digital administration department, which is also part of the Chancellerie du Conseil, is responsible for the management, coordination, and implementation of the e-government strategy. This primarily concerns the digitalization of administrative processes and the offering of services for the benefit of the population and the economy. The Chancellerie du Conseil is looking for an immediate or mutually agreed start for a digital administration project manager at 50-60%. Your tasks • Management of digitalization projects within the framework of the e-government strategy • Analysis of the needs and challenges of various specialized departments • Development of optimization proposals • Drafting of concepts and planning for projects • Methodological and professional support to the cantonal offices Your profile • Experience in the implementation of digitalization projects, ideally in a public administration • Communication awareness, good written and oral expression • Methodological knowledge in project and process management • Capacity for rapid assimilation and strong solution orientation • Networking spirit, transversal and entrepreneurial thinking and action • Autonomy, stress resistance, sense of responsibility as well as the ability to manage conflicts and work in a team • Ideally experience with public procurement and general knowledge in various IT fields
