Origami Rénovation accompanies its clients in their renovation projects, from design to the completion of the work.

As part of our development, we are looking for a creative, autonomous, and results-oriented person to take charge of our digital marketing and content creation.

This is a very operational position: we are looking for someone capable of both developing our online visibility and acquisition and visiting our projects to create high-quality photo and video content.

Your missions
------------

Digital Acquisition & Meta Ads

• Design, launch, and optimize our Meta Ads campaigns – Instagram & Facebook
• Create audiences, campaigns, and advertising content
• Monitor performance: leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS
• Regularly test new formats, messages, and audiences
• Participate in the improvement of landing pages and the conversion journey

SEO & website

• Develop the organic search engine optimization of the Origami Rénovation website
• Identify keyword and content opportunities
• Optimize existing pages: structure, content, titles, metadata, and internal linking
• Write and publish new SEO-optimized content
• Monitor the evolution of organic traffic and rankings
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the site and its performance

Social Media

• Define and manage the editorial calendar
• Develop our presence mainly on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Imagine content adapted to our universe: architecture, renovation, design, and behind-the-scenes of construction sites
• Publish and adapt content according to different formats: Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, before/after, etc.
• Develop the organic visibility and engagement of the brand

Photo & Video

• Travel regularly to our construction sites and projects
• Film the different stages of a renovation
• Conduct interviews, client testimonials, and speaking engagements
• Photograph projects, materials, details, and achievements
• Edit videos and create short formats adapted to social media
• Produce an image and video bank consistent with the premium identity of Origami Rénovation

The profile we are looking for
------------------------------

You are above all a versatile and very operational profile.

You are equally able to analyze the performance of a Meta campaign as you are to pick up a camera to produce beautiful content on a construction site.

Essential skills:

• Concrete experience in Meta Ads
• Good mastery of SEO
• Very good understanding of Instagram and social networks
• Mastery of photo and video shooting
• Mastery of video editing and short formats
• Developed aesthetic sense
• Excellent mastery of French
• Autonomy, organization, and ability to take initiative

Knowledge of WordPress, web analysis tools, and the world of architecture, real estate, or design is a real plus.

Conditions
----------

Activity rate: 50 %

Location: Canton de Vaud, with regular presence in our offices and travel to our various construction sites.
