As part of the retirement of our current holder, we are looking for an experienced accountant to join our administrative team. Your missions ### General accounting • Entry and posting of accounting entries • Management of debtor and creditor accounts • Bank reconciliations and payment preparation • Customer invoicing as a replacement during absences • Participation in annual closings with the fiduciary VAT • Preparation and control of VAT statements • Monitoring of exchanges with the AFC Salaries and human resources • Preparation of variable pay elements and salary processing • Administration of personnel files • Common HR tasks in collaboration with an external provider Your profile ### • Accountant diploma, federal certificate or CFC with equivalent solid experience • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with a significant part acquired in Switzerland • Advanced mastery of MS Office, particularly Excel • Knowledge of MCR software: appreciated asset • Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility and professional discretion What we offer ### Permanent position at 80% to be filled from 1 October 2026 at our Thônex site • Salary in line with your experience • 5 weeks of vacation per year • Administrative team with a human size, stable and structured environment
