For our international destination marketing, we are looking for a committed personality as

Manager Markets (100%)

starting immediately or by arrangement.

As Manager Markets, the focus is on the active processing and further development of defined national and international markets. The position combines strategic and operative marketing and sales activities with personal market presence and relationship management.

Your tasks - versatile & responsible

• Planning, coordination and implementation of marketing activities, promotions, campaigns and events at home and abroad
• Active representation of the holiday region Interlaken at specialist events, workshops and on sales trips at home and abroad
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, tour operators, media professionals
• Conception, coordination and implementation of market-specific campaigns and projects with internal teams and external partners
• Organization and accompaniment of media and study trips as well as looking after international guests on site
• Observation of market, customer and tourism trends as well as contributing relevant insights to market development

Your profile - business fluent, committed & flexible

• Training in tourism, marketing or sales; practical experience in tourism marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and convincing appearance when dealing with different cultures and stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills; other languages are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, high flexibility, resilience and organizational skills
• Readiness for regular travel activities at home and abroad as well as for assignments on weekends and outside of usual working hours
• Connection to the holiday region Interlaken and interest in the tourism industry
