Head of Day Structure With us at the Blinden- und Behindertenzentrum Bern – das «B» – 370 people work, about half of whom are in an adapted workplace. For over 140 years, we have been committed to blind, visually impaired, and multiply disabled persons and, in addition to the cantonal advisory center, we also offer various forms of living. And with the goal that we make the world a little bit better with our work. Head of Day Structure Your tasks You lead the day structure professionally, personally, and organizationally. You lead and develop a committed team of around 18 employees, interns, and students. You ensure a diverse and needs-oriented range of services for internal and external participants. You further develop existing services and implement new ideas. You promote the self-determination, participation, and individual resources of the participants. You plan and coordinate creative, musical, manual, and activating offers. You work closely with the residential groups, relatives, legal guardians, specialist centers, and other internal departments. You take responsibility for quality, processes, administration, and budget.
