Job Description ##

• Supervision and support of several locations in Zentralschweiz
• Analysis of sales KPIs as well as implementation of measures for business and performance development
• Coaching and support of local teams regarding commercial issues
• Ensuring consistent implementation of sales standards and customer processes
• Identification of market potentials and growth opportunities within the managed region
• Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to implement sales and marketing initiatives
• Regular travel activity within Switzerland

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience in sales, Business Development, or in a regional support function
• Experience in a consultative B2B2C environment
• Experience in the areas of Healthcare, MedTech, Retail or comparable industries
• Experience in working with several locations or branch structures is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Good analytical skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and French skills are mandatory
• Residence ideally in Mittelland or high willingness to travel within Switzerland
