Head of Psychological Psychotherapy (m/f/d)

As a management person with overall technical responsibility for psychotherapy of a group practice, you assume a central role for the responsible employees.

Your tasks

• Technical and operational management of the responsible specialist department
• Carrying out assessments and treatments of adults from the entire spectrum of psychological psychotherapy
• Support in ensuring the personnel resources within the operation, taking into account efficient service delivery
• Ensuring psychotherapeutic diagnostics and therapy according to the current state of science and the company's quality specifications
• Further training of psychologists according to the training concept to become a psychotherapist

Your profile

• Federally recognized psychological psychotherapist
• Proven track record in responsible therapeutic activity with demonstrated leadership competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
