For one Heavy goods vehicle driver For one of our clients for a permanent position, we are looking for a: Heavy goods vehicle driver Job description As an HGV driver, you will ensure the safe and punctual transport of goods on national and international routes, in compliance with road safety rules and internal procedures. Driving and transport: Driving a heavy goods vehicle (HGV), loading and unloading goods, checking and ensuring the compliance of the transport. Customer relations: Representing the company during deliveries, welcoming and interacting professionally with customers, collecting necessary signatures and documents. Administrative management: Keeping onboard documents, trip declarations, and incident reports up to date, and transmitting the necessary information to the planning department. Profile sought Training and licenses: Holder of permit C - Suva Forklift License is an asset Experience: Significant experience in HGV driving internationally and nationally (minimum 5 years of experience desired with knowledge of the Swiss territory, notably the canton of Geneva and Canton of Vaud). Technical skills: Knowledge of road safety rules, securing and handling of goods. Mastery of geolocation tools and time tracking terminals desired. Personal qualities: Rigor, punctuality, sense of organization and autonomy. Excellent adaptability and sense of customer service. Physical conditions: Good resistance to stress and ability to perform occasional handling operations.
